アートに関連する取り組みをしてきたヒロマツホールディングスは、各アーティストから「広島では情報発信できる場所や機会が限られる」といった声が寄せられたことから、ヒロマツホールディングス　松田哲也会長が今回のART BORN HIROSHIMAプロジェクトを始動した。

Hiromatsu Holdings, which has been involved in art-related initiatives, initiated this ART BORN HIROSHIMA project by Hiromatsu Holdings Chairman Tetsuya Matsuda after receiving comments from various artists that there are limited places and opportunities to disseminate information in Hiroshima.
